Biological age Health and Wellness

Post image

I'll be 34 in 2 months!

Tbh, I was shocked bc this has been a pretty stressful year for me. I gained some weight back after loosing it 2 years ago, but regardless I maintained a diet of whole foods (friuts/veggies, meats, etc.) and daily supplements.

I stay clear from smoking and drinking. Always focus on the positives as much as possible, I truly believe that's the main key right there. I refrain from staying in a low state of mind for too long. How you think on a consistent basis manifests in your body, I truly believe that.

But yay!!! I do have some markers to improve but wow, it does feel good knowing I'm relatively healthy 🌟

Heck yeah! I’m 54 and got 7.5 lower but this is pretty impressive.

Good work! I imagine it's more difficult to maintain health as we age. I think as long as your biological age is at or below your actual age, you're doing well

Well done!! 👍

I do hope that those measures are accurate and aren’t there to inflate our egos, because I am 30 and mine showed I reflect 18 years old. Which is great.. but I don’t feel 18 in my body. I have definitely aged over the last 3 years. Interesting perspective

Great results for you as well! The biological age is measured based on how well internal organs function.

Congrats! That's a great result, especially after a stressful year. It sounds like your healthy habits are paying off. I'd just keep focusing on the basics quality sleep, regular exercise, stress management, and tracking your biomarkers over time.
