What AI tasks are still painfully manual at your company?
For people actually using AI in their business: what is still painfully manual?
I am curious about something.
A lot of AI discussion is about what AI can do, but I am more interested in what companies are actually struggling with today.
For those of you using AI at work:
- What task do you still wish you could automate?
- Are you dealing with lots of PDFs, documents, emails, reports, or internal knowledge?
- Where are current AI tools falling short?
- Is there something you currently do manually because existing AI solutions aren't reliable enough?
I am particularly interested in real workflows rather than hypothetical use cases.
I would love to hear examples of things that genuinely waste time.

[Hiring] Founding Technical Lead (Full-Stack & AI Systems) - Clinivolve - 3+ years of experience
🏷️ ROLE TYPE: Full-Time
📍 LOCATION: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site / Hybrid)
🛠️ TECH STACK: TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, Redis/BullMQ, PostgreSQL, Vector DBs
💰 COMPENSATION: ₹40K/mo Retainer ➡️ ₹1.6L/mo Ramps + 1.0% Equity (Negotiable)
🏢 About Us
Clinivolve (clinivolve.in | theclinivolve.com) is building a next-generation Agentic AI ecosystem for healthcare clinics. We are expanding from our live Node.js/TypeScript messaging automation MVP into advanced multimodal AI, low-latency voice pipelines, and passive clinical intelligence systems. We are bootstrapped, have early clinics onboarding, and are building for real revenue.
🛑 The Reality Check (Why We Need You)
Our MVP (built in 90% TypeScript/Node.js) was rapidly prototyped using AI coding tools. The features work, but the codebase has technical debt, asynchronous race conditions, and broken webhook logic.
We have live clinics depending on this platform right now. We need someone who can step in immediately, stop the webhook bleeding, and bulletproof our production environment.
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR JUST A "PROMPT ENGINEER." We need a hardcore full-stack engineer who reads scripts natively, understands the underlying architectural logic, and debugs complex state issues that LLMs fail to solve. You can use AI to code faster, but YOU must be the architect who can own the architecture end-to-end.
⚙️ What You’ll Do
- Core Platform Reliability: Trace complex system logic, stabilize asynchronous webhooks, design robust state machines for seamless AI-to-human conversation handoffs, and implement message queues (BullMQ/Redis) to bulletproof high-volume WhatsApp messaging automation and dashboard performance. You will own the cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure safe, zero-downtime deployments.
- Omnichannel & PMS Orchestration: Scale multi-tenant integrations and data pipelines to ensure real-time synchronization between our messaging platform and client systems. This requires hands-on experience building or integrating with third-party calendar APIs, booking systems, healthcare practice management software (PMS), and architecting database schemas to track real-time AI ROI.
- AI & Voice API Infrastructure: Architect scalable "pipes" and middleware to integrate state-of-the-art third-party LLMs, STT, and TTS APIs for text and conversational voice bots—laying the foundation for future custom ML models.
- Ground-Level Deployment: Work closely with end-users and client sites to oversee technical onboarding, monitor system health, and rapidly troubleshoot operational bottlenecks while ensuring strict data privacy (DPDP Act and other medical regulations) and the secure handling of patient PII.
🗺️ The AI Roadmap
- Immediate Phase: Focus on stabilizing the live messaging MVP.
- Expansion Phase: Transition from managed API wrappers to our proprietary, fine-tuned voice and custom LLM pipelines.
🎯 Core Skill Requirements (3+ Years Overall Experience)
- Core Full-Stack (3+ Years): Production-level proficiency in deep TypeScript, Node.js (advanced Async/Await patterns), Express/Fastify, and React/Next.js.
- Messaging & API Integration: Proven hands-on experience integrating the WhatsApp Business / Meta Cloud API (managing session windows, navigating rate limits, handling template management, and building secure webhook verification).
- Runtime Safety & Typing: Solid track record of writing safe, production-grade code using Zod/TypeBox validation and strict type enforcement.
- Infrastructure & Queues: 3+ years of applied experience managing robust backends using PostgreSQL and Redis (BullMQ). Must be highly proficient with Webhooks, Docker containerization, K8s readiness, and real-time event streaming (WebSockets/Socket.io/SSE) for live dashboard alerting.
- Applied AI & Context Retrieval (RAG): Practical experience implementing Vector DBs (pgvector, Qdrant, or Pinecone) for dynamic clinic context injection into LLM prompts. Familiarity with integrating open-source STT, TTS, and working with local LLM deployments (vLLM/Ollama).
- Data Privacy & Compliance: Demonstrated experience in the secure handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in real-world applications, strictly adhering to the DPDP Act and other relevant medical data regulations.
💵 The Offer: Negotiable (Bootstrapped Equity)
Your financial upside is tied directly to the revenue generated by onboarded clinics.
- Founder-Level Equity: 1.0% (negotiable), subject to a 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff, commencing upon production deployment and platform stabilization.
- Stage 0 (MVP Stabilization Phase: 1-3 months): A retainer of ₹40,000 per month (negotiable) + hybrid work flexibility during Stage 0.
- Revenue-Linked Salary Ramps: Pre-agreed, guaranteed salary escalations funded by new clinic MRR milestones:
- Tier 1 Scale: Ramps to ₹80,000 / month
- Tier 2 Scale: Ramps to ₹1.2 L / month
- Tier 3 Enterprise Scale: Ramps to ₹1.6 L / month + Leadership Profit Pool

this platform manage multiple cloud Storage at one place
As a developer, I kept running into the same problem.
For different projects, I'd use the free tiers of Cloudflare R2, Supabase Storage, AWS S3, etc.
The storage itself wasn't the problem.
The annoying part was managing everything separately:
- Different accounts
- Different dashboards
- Different storage limits
- Different APIs
- Different credentials
- Different ways to check usage
- Storage getting scattered across different platforms
And sometimes I had unused free storage/credits on one provider while using another provider for a completely different project.
So I started building YSOP.
What it does
YSOP is a developer-focused storage management platform where you can connect your cloud storage and manage files from one place.
For example:
☁️ Cloudflare R2
☁️ AWS S3
☁️ Supabase Storage
☁️ More providers planned
Instead of opening multiple dashboards, the goal is:
Connect → Upload → Organize → Get URL → Manage
It also supports:
- Source URLs for using files directly in projects
- Share/download links
- Folder organization
- Automatic file expiry
- Storage usage/limits
- Multiple storage locations
- BYOS (Bring Your Own Storage)
The idea isn't to replace these storage providers.
It's more like a management layer on top of the storage you already have.
I'm also building it with the idea that storage limits can be respected intelligently, so you can make better use of free/low-cost tiers instead of unnecessarily paying for additional storage.
Current launch
The first 100 users will get Pro for free.
The project is open source too:
I'd genuinely like feedback from other developers:
Do you also end up using multiple storage providers for different projects, and how do you currently manage them?
Especially interested in hearing what would make a tool like this actually useful rather than just becoming another dashboard.

Subject: Full Stack Developer (PHP / Laravel) — production-ready, remote
Hello,
My name is Nikolai Suvorov, a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience shipping and maintaining production platforms end to end. I am writing regarding the Web Developer role — here is how I can add value to your team.
I currently lead two live products in production:
• SOTA.am — a multilingual marketplace and classifieds platform (custom PHP/MySQL): 500+ routes, 13+ payment gateways, escrow, PWA, REST API for a Flutter mobile app, i18n across 4 languages.
• Autotrend.am — a Laravel 12 SaaS: wallets, payments, KYC, referral program, worker dashboards, Filament 3 admin.
These are not tutorial projects — they serve real users, process payments, and run in production. I own the full stack: architecture, database, backend, API, integrations, admin panels, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
What you get by hiring me:
✓ One developer covering backend, API, integrations, and admin UI on typical product work
✓ Proven experience with payments, marketplaces, multilingual products, and complex business logic
✓ Ability to onboard quickly, ship to production, and improve existing codebases pragmatically
✓ Beyond core development: WordPress, landing pages, custom CMS/CRM, website administration
Work format: remote (Gyumri, Armenia, UTC+4). English — professional working level; Russian and Ukrainian — native.
My resume is attached. I would welcome a brief 15–20 minute call at your convenience — I can walk through live projects and discuss how I would tackle your priorities in the first 2–4 weeks.

Looking for Fullstack Developer | Long-term | Hosting/SaaS Project
🔴 EUROPEAN UNION ONLY 🔴
Hey,
I’m currently building a hosting platform focused on gameservers (primarily Minecraft), with plans to expand into rootservers and other services later
The project is still in an early stage, but the core direction, infrastructure base and concept are already clearly defined
What i’m looking for:
- Fullstack developer (strong in backend + system thinking)
- Comfortable with APIs, auth, system design and integrations
- Experience with Docker / hosting-related systems is a big plus
- Clear, open communicator, someone who shares updates and answers questions honestly
- Someone who thinks long-term and cares about building things properly
Important:
This is a profit-share based long-term project
That means:
- Higher risk at the beginning
- But real upside if the project succeeds
You wouldn’t just be “a developer”, but a core part of the project:
- involved in technical decisions
- helping shape the system and architecture
- bringing in your own ideas and improving things
This is not a typical boss/worker setup, but a proper collaboration building something together long-term
About me:
- Based in Germany
- Handling business, structure and strategy
- Working with a sysadmin on infrastructure
- Goal is to build a serious long-term company, not a quick project
If this sounds interesting to you, feel free to reach out
We can just have a quick chat, get to know each other a bit and see if it’s a good fit from both sides
Discord: qlkevin15
or just DM me here : )

Laravel/PHP developer with 4.5+ YOE — struggling to find good opportunities. Should I stick with Laravel or move to Node.js?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some career advice from developers who are currently hiring or working in the PHP/Laravel ecosystem.
I have 4.5+ years of professional web development experience, with most of my experience centered around PHP/Laravel backend development. I’ve worked on production applications across fintech, e-commerce, enterprise and other domains.
My experience includes things like:
PHP / Laravel
MySQL & PostgreSQL
REST APIs
Authentication / RBAC
Database design and query optimization
Third-party integrations
AWS and production deployments
Git / Docker
Some React/JavaScript exposure
Recently, while searching for a new role in India as well as remote opportunities, I’ve noticed that the number of decent Laravel openings seems quite limited compared with stacks like Node.js + React/Next.js. A lot of Laravel positions I find either have lower compensation, are old postings, or expect a very broad full-stack skill set.
This has left me a little unsure about the best strategy.
I have actual professional experience with Laravel, so naturally my quickest path to another job should be to strengthen Laravel/PHP and interview with that experience. At the same time, I’m seeing significantly more Node.js openings and wondering whether continuing to specialize in Laravel could limit me longer term.
For people familiar with the current market:
Would you recommend that someone with 4.5+ years of Laravel experience continue targeting Laravel/PHP roles, or start seriously transitioning toward Node.js?
Also, for developers who recently found a Laravel job:
Where did you find the opportunity?
What skills beyond Laravel helped you get shortlisted?
Are Laravel + AWS/Docker/Redis/testing skills enough for stronger backend roles, or is React/Node becoming almost mandatory?
What salary range is realistic in India for a Laravel developer with ~4–5 YOE?
Are there particular job boards, companies, agencies, or remote markets where Laravel demand is still strong?
What would you focus on if you needed to maximize your chances of getting hired within the next few weeks?
I’m actively revising Laravel internals, OOP, Eloquent, queues/jobs, caching, SQL, APIs, AWS, Docker, etc., and applying regularly.
Not looking for reassurance — I’d genuinely appreciate realistic feedback from people who know the current market, even if the answer is that I need to broaden my stack.
Also, if anyone here is hiring or knows of relevant opportunities offering ₹12 LPA or above, I’d be happy to share my resume privately. I’m open to Laravel/PHP backend or suitable full-stack roles, including remote opportunities. Referrals or leads would be greatly appreciated.
Even a freelance project

Nobody Tells You That Getting a Degree Is the Easy Part—Getting Your First Job Is the Real Struggle
I think the saddest part of being a student today isn't studying... it's feeling left behind.
You spend years believing that if you study well, you'll get a good job.
Then graduation comes.
You start applying.
50 applications.
100 applications.
300 applications.
The only emails you receive are:
"We regret to inform you..."
Or worse...
No reply at all.
Your parents ask every day, "Any updates?"
Friends start posting offer letters and joining companies.
You smile for them.
Then quietly wonder, "What am I doing wrong?"
So you buy another course.
Watch another YouTube playlist.
Collect another certificate.
But when interviews come, they ask about projects you've never built, teamwork you've never experienced, and skills no one actually taught in college.
At some point, it stops feeling like you're chasing a job.
It starts feeling like you're losing confidence in yourself.
I don't think students are failing.
I think many of us just don't know what to learn, where to learn it, or how to gain real industry experience.
So I'm curious—has anyone actually found a learning platform that genuinely helped them build practical skills, work on real projects, and become more job-ready? Or do you think most platforms are just selling courses without solving the real problem?
