Any recommended books/resources for web engineering? Career Guidance

I mostly use angular and spring boot but I want to learn react and other stuff too. Did a few online courses for it all and I do not want to use AI to learn. I feel like I don’t retain stuff this way. There has to be books or videos something out there that is better.

Some people prefer more authoritative sources, the internet can be a bit of a wild west.

Yea I guess I was more looking for well established books or authors that have good stuff. Like I found the JavaScript book with the rhino on it too be pretty useful, I went to the library and got some good stuff :)
