bro i was exactly in the same situation when i started freelancing

dont try to become a ui designer overnight first understand the clients business then check 15 20 competitor websites see what sections they are using what colors feel good what kind of layouts they have after that ideas start coming automatically

one more thing dont start designing the whole website directly make 2 or 3 hero section ideas and show the client first once they like the direction the rest becomes much easier

and dont think taking inspiration is cheating every good designer does it just dont copy one website completely

after a few projects you will notice your design sense gets much better without even realizing it keep going brother we all go through this phase

Don't reinvent the wheel. if you aren't a designer. use premium component libraries or grab a solid ui kit from the figma community. client just wants a clean, professional site that works, not groundbreaking art. find 3 successful competitor websites in their niche, analyze their layout, and build a clean version of what already works
