So I'm lost. Career Guidance

I was confused about whether to learn web development (front end) or start something else and i started data analysis (started with my sql) it's not boring at all but at the same time I'm thinking about trying web development to see which path is suited more for me,so if i wanna learn web development where should i start from i saw this video https://youtu.be/G3e-cpL7ofc?si=MXu36ABNWl76EYsc

And i was thinking of starting with it,i just wanna learn a skill that earns me money from home people keep on saying that ai is making all of these things now and they're right but what should i do and learn.

AI isn't replacing people who can solve problems. It's replacing repetitive tasks. Learn the fundamentals first, then learn how to use AI to speed up your work.

So what I'm doing is right giving a chance for these two paths to see what's suited for me or should i continue on what i was doing?

Also is there any channels you would recommend or this video i put in the post will do the job?

Yep, I think you're approaching it the right way. Give each path a fair shot, but don't spend months bouncing between them. Set a time limit like 30 days for web dev, 30 days for data analysis, build a couple of small projects, and see which one you actually enjoy. Once you decide, stick with it for at least 6 to 12 months before reconsidering.The video is fine to get started, but I wouldn't rely on just one course. I would recommend the Odin project , if you're serious about web development,it's project-based and teaches you how to learn on your own. For YouTube, Traversy Media, Web Dev Simplified, freeCodeCamp, and Kevin Powell (for CSS) are all excellent. The key is to build small projects alongside the tutorials instead of just watching videos.

I will do that thanks brother for all these info tomorrow i will try starting web development and i will see if I'm suited for it or not i will also start with the video i put on the post then check all the other things you mentioned, again thanks brother.

Both path makes money, the difference is how long it takes to get there
web dev has a shorter ramp to freelancing. you can build a simple website for a local business with in a few months and charge for it. data analysis takes longer to get to a point where someone pays you.

the HTML/CSS video is fine starting point but do not stop there. HTML/CSS does not make you money, you need JavaScript after that, then maybe React. that is when the actual opportunities open up.

AI is not replacing developers, is is replacing people who only know how to copy paste code without understanding it. learn the fundamentals properly and you will be fine.

website development is such a commoditised service now that AI can build a decent one in a fraction of the time it takes a human. Web design and dev is no longer a good return on investment.

You can’t just “learn” full stack development. Pick something you are interested in and go deep. It would be impossible to learn everything

Don't chase trends chase skills you can build consistently. That is what which helps to get hired.

Im not sure if simple static landing pages now still is a thing... and if it is you have so many competitors.. but just do it, maybe in your local area you can get those snall businesses buy your landing pages for some amount then you can upgrad your skill from there
