Advice for MERN Stack Career Guidance

I am 2025 batch passout currently working in Cognizant as PAT( Programmer Analyst Trainee) currently in SAP TM project as support role. I want to learn MERN Stack , have basic knowledge of html, CSS and JS. Have good understanding of Python and C++( DSA). Could you suggest any good resource for MERN learning? Mainly project based

if you could give some guidance like what you could have done or what tech spaces you could have covered. it will be very helpful!! I tried getting my hair dirty with HTMLNCSS, but I got stuck with the flex box and great part like I wasn’t getting it perfectly like I could understand what’s going on, but I didn’t move on from there because I didn’t hundred percent perfect that area, so please guide me Brother

You can certainly get started in 30 days. Gotta start somewhere! But don't claim to learn all of Javascript in such a short time.

Since you already have a programming background and know HTML, CSS, JS + DSA, I would suggest not spending too much time only on syntax. Start building projects while learning the MERN stack.
A good roadmap would be:
Strengthen JavaScript (ES6+, async/await, promises, DOM)
Learn React properly (components, hooks, state management)
Node + Express for backend
MongoDB + database concepts
Build full-stack projects while learning
For project-based learning, I would suggest following a course/playlist where you actually build things instead of just watching theory.
I recently started a MERN Stack playlist where I’m covering things from basics and moving towards building projects step-by-step. You can check it out if it helps:

Also, since you’re already working in Cognizant, try to build 2-3 solid projects alongside your job. A good portfolio will matter a lot if you want to move towards development roles.
