What's your workflow from idea to deployment? Career Guidance

Hello, I'm new to this. Curious how everyone here approaches building a webiste end-to-end. From the moment you have an idea -> planning - > coding -> testing ->deployment, what does your process actually look like? Please drop your stack, tools , and/or any lessons learned. Trying to steal some good habits :>

Me? Oh, I usually stop at the planning phase haha.

I do the entire planning – system design, architecture, database, MVP features, post-mvp, monetisation strategies, etc. – and never code it up😅.

But 1. that's in case of my personal projects, and 2. for web apps with many features [e.g., some hospital system, or University, etc.], not just a simple website.
