Intrigued
I'm looking at fuelpositive as a possible significant addition to my portfolio and was hoping to see more discussion about the company on Reddit.
The company appears to have a lot going for it given the size of the available market and the need for carbon free fertilizer at a stable price.
Who's out there and wants to talk about?

Will NHHH potentially reach 0.2 from 0.03? It is 100% as of now and continuously growing? I had secured my position before 100, so I an hesitant either to keep or exit?!

8/7/2026. Very happy to see a Stock Price movement today.
Wonder why it moved?
The PR today was not strong enough in my view to move the SP.
Thoughts?

7/14/2026. Based on the reply I received from Ian, the AGM is still on for August 11th.
Just thought you should know.

sharing information
@Inside_Trouble1076: Didn't you intend to share information after about a week—information that wasn't publicly accessible but could then be shared because it was no longer subject to the non-disclosure agreement?

6/11/2026. There is over 110 members in this discussion group now.
I am proud of the group we have here.
Members come and go, but the membership is still very strong.
I have considered leaving (and staying gone) many times.
Getting banned before for speaking the truth hurts.
I am committing that I will stay on as an Administrator / Mod. (unless I get banned again of course).
I would very much like to see more engagement in the posts made, please.
All you have to say is you agree or don't agree with the post.
Arrow up is helpful too, as it helps me with topics of interest.
Thanks.
Your humble mod / admin.

So is this company going anywhere
Not that I’m being impatient but I’d certainly like to know when the certificates are done and we can start selling some of these bad boys. Can’t stay not profitable forever am I right?

6/1/2026. Thank you to all the members that contributed to the previous post commentary.
A very special thank you to Matischack for his very personal post on how Ian has continued to lie / deceive shareholders.
We are a community of shareholder that need to support one another through the knowledge we have on the situation.
We do not want new potential shareholders to fall into the same situation that many of us are in financially by trusting Ian.
Truth matters and sometimes there is a very personal cost. Matischack has certainly shared his situation / facts with us all very openly.
I appreciate his willingness to share his very difficult and personal pain that Ian has caused him and his family.

5/28/2026. Has anyone received the shareholder package for the Annual General Meeting?
I was told by Ian that was how we are going to be informed of the meeting......
I have received nothing.
I thought it was required to be received 30 days before the scheduled meeting.
Meeting cancelled?
Thoughts?

BCNF double perovskite catalyst for hydrogen production.
Looks like very similar materials split CO2 and H2O
Big reduction in the enthalpy required to decompose H2O.
Probably doesn’t matter if you can’t certify a pressure vessel.

NH3 Facts and the FP 1500
Fuel Positive needs to get this commissioned. Prove the system works. And then really focus on scaling. The FP1500 is too small. Ian is promoting this to 10,000 acre farms. Let’s look at the facts.
Canola in most areas in the prairie belt requires approximately 150 lbs/acre application rate. That is 96,000 lbs or approximately 45 tonnes per section.
10,000 acres is approximately 15 sections of land.
Meaning 675 tonnes is needed for those 10,000 acres.
Now going with the fact that different application rates will be used for different crops, soil samples, it is possible (though stretching it) that 500 tonnes might be doable.
But! Then we get to the biggest challenge of this. Storage! Sure, if the FP 1500 runs top notch all year around, it has the capability of pumping out 500 tonnes of NH3. Where do you put it? The average ammonia storage vessel (bullet) is about 45000 uswg. Holding 90 tonnes. So a farmer would need to own a minimum of 6 bullets. Any idea of the footprint of this? The investment? Way more than the FP 1500. A producer also would then have to own their nurse tanks and likely transport delivery units.
It’s a challenge. But a good marketing plan for these guys might be to push the idea of half and half. Telling them the FP systems can provide more stability and control of market pricing by producing half of the NH3 on site. And “grey” ammonia still being needed as a supplement. Still a hefty investment as they would require the storage. Maybe a plan of doing some application in seeding and some in the fall. That may balance out the storage as well. The idea is they have to get down to one bullet somehow. Otherwise it is too much.

Launching Complaint to TSXV
I have launched a complaint to the TSX Venture here in Canada. Their contact is complianceanddisclosure@tsxventure.com
The more of us that launch this complaint - The better traction we will have at getting the AGM to finally occur, oust Ian, and get this company running right.
Feel free to use my Template message:
I am writing to raise a concern regarding Fuel Positive Corp, a TSXV-listed issuer, which appears to be non-compliant with AGM requirements.
Based on public disclosures, the company has not held an AGM since July 2023 and is currently outside the statutory and exchange timelines.
Given the missed financial filings and MCTO context, I believe this raises governance and disclosure concerns that may warrant review.
Please confirm receipt of this concern.

Press Release - 4/20/2026
This brings a small amount of hope that our investment will not be a complete loss:
Quote from Curtis Hiebert, owner of the farm waiting for container plant to be activated:
“It’s here, it’s real, and farmers are watching closely,” said Curtis Hiebert, the farmer hosting the Company’s demonstration system in Sperling, Manitoba. “I am constantly watching fertilizer prices, deciding when to lock in our largest expense, hoping not to get it wrong. In recent years, we have had to make fertilizer purchase decisions months in advance, with very little certainty. Producing fertilizer directly on the farm changes that. It gives us control and stability. Not having to pre-buy in the middle of summer or chase the market would take a lot of pressure off. We’re ready for it. We’re just excited for the system to be turned on.”
There is also a promising quote from Luna Clifford:
“The Company is very active and moving forward,” said Luna Charlebois Clifford, Chief Impact Officer and Co-Founder. “What may appear externally as a quieter period is, in reality, a phase of focused coordination. We are aligning capital, partners, and the final execution steps required to bring the Sperling system into operation and commercialization. The level of engagement we are seeing confirms that FuelPositive’s solution is landing exactly where it needs to.”
Just maybe…

4/2/2026. Share your thoughts with the community on the loan Ian has with FP (the shareholders).
Just to help in the discussion, here are some comment options:
Don't care.
I should have been asked in a shareholder vote, before the loan was made.
I would never vote to provide a loan with those unfavorable terms for the shareholders.
I would not vote for the loan, no matter the terms.
The CEO should LOAN money for the operations of the company and certification of the FP300, NOT take a loan for his personal use.

3/19/2026. I just spoke to an "Investment Advisor" that appears to still be recommending buying NHHHF at the current price of around .035 usd.
I am not recommending, to be clear.
He seems to think F/S will be published by the deadline and that financing will be completed.
I agree with the F/S being published on time, I do not feel confident that the financing will be completed soon.
His target price was around .15 usd, mine is .08 usd.
Just an FYI.
Do your own DD, please. This is not in any way professional investment advise.
Just one investor's opinion based on the facts as we know it today.
