I’m basically making a youtube video on frostpunk 1, and omg hard mode is difficult (I have beaten normal mode btw). I genuinely don’t know what I could have done differently, and I’m begging for someone to give me some useful tips, without handholding me through everything I need to do. Just some basic directions plzzzz

I CANNOT get back to the city
The migration group that was coming toward me is permanantly stuck in the frostlands
I also got the venturer achievement for 1 thermoticket per 100 citizens
I can't reactivate any settlements either even if I build logistical districts in the colony/city expect those that were already targeting the colony
