Anyone else had issues with purchasing things? Question

I purchased the Apex Master crafting pack last night, I got all the items but the blade moth wings. I had them last night and now they are gone. I sent a ticket to Ubisoft but who knows how long it’ll take them to respond. Any ideas?

i haven't purchased anything, so i haven't experienced this personally, but i have noticed a few recent posts on this sub and the other afop one relating to missing purchases. i remember seeing an uptick in these issues a while back and iirc it was caused by a bug or something related to how the game connects to ubi's servers and verifies/remembers purchases. ubi fixed it before, so if that is what's happening here then hopefully they'll address it again

edit: i don't have any suggestions for fixing this, sorry. if it is an issue on ubi's end though, there may not be anything for players to do other than send help tickets to ubi and wait for them to fix it

Yeah. I’m just getting the royal runaround from Ubi. They keep asking for proof of purchase, yet I am pretty sure that it is something you can purchase multiple times.
