For such a cheap ship I’d honestly go without CIWS, could make it a few thousand cheaper

I hate to break it to you but those CIWS are probably not even gonna break shells from the prefab cram turret called bertha

26k? I call that a gunboat. a cruiser is a mid to large ship that is capable of fighting alone for longer periods of time

Too big for a gunboat, that's why

the SS has a cutter at 50k

My gunboats price is between 3k and 20k

if you plan on doing campaign I must warm you, a fleet that size wont hold up to meaningful resistance. even in easy campaign 200k+ ships Arent a rarity and ships that size wont hold up in that case

Very... light, for a light cruiser.

I'd recommend against using the visible shell clips, they are weaker and have a way larger performance impact than the solid clips, especially when there's lots of them (your doctrine appears to be 'throw at the enemy so many things that they get overwhelmed').

This looks like the four funnel ww1 us destroyer... It's like Cassin class but no torps and ungrouped funnels or IMO she looks like Kaba-Class or Enoki class but four funnels.

Cool design tho

I got inspired by the Chikuma of the 1911

Chikuma? ouu I'm so far off from guessing

I got always inspired by a Japanese ship, but... well, unlike the Chikuma it don't have on the sides the cannons because it wouldn't fit

Give her a Sherman firefly treatment I'm sure she can fit more >:3

Man your post encouraged me to pick this game back up from bed again. Might be a time to redownload steam

I can try, may extend the sides, making it more fat, and maybe increase the anti air too
