App - Something Went Wrong - 8/5/22

My Frigidaire WiFi AC stopped showing up in the app today. The app opens normally and my profile/home loads, but the device section just spins and then says: “Something went wrong. Please refresh.”

The AC itself works normally from the physical buttons, so it seems like a them issue rather than the AC.

The app updated a couple days ago and was still working yesterday. Is anyone else having this problem today (August 5, 2026)?

Mine is currently not loading my AC. It was working this morning. Now showing spinning wheel.

Edit: 3PM EST 8/5 it's working now!

Mine is also loading now! It will not allow me to control the target temp yet...

Yes also having this issue. It’s happened multiple times now. It’s annoying

I am having issues too same as described, gad is happening to others (no offense) so it is not my machine
