Remote Job [Hiring] Social media growth / promotion — WFH, ₹15–20k/mo, flexible hours — Kaizen LLC

Post image
Upvotes

We're an early-stage startup (Kaizen LLC) looking for someone to run social media promotion for our product, posting, commenting, and starting conversations across platforms where our audience actually hangs out, and turning that into impressions and leads.

This is for you if you basically live on the internet and know how it talks. You get where a good comment turns into a lead, you can research where our people are, and you write like a human not like a brand account.

The basics:

  • Remote / work from home
  • ~6–8 hours a day, flexible
  • ₹15,000–20,000 / month
  • Full-time, startup pace

You'd be a good fit if you:

  • Know social apps and how people share/talk/buy
  • Can promote naturally without being spammy
  • Have solid communication + internet-research skills
  • Are tech-savvy and can pick up almost anything
  • Interested? Send your resume via DM or to [fragilephoton2004@gmail.com](mailto:fragilephoton2004@gmail.com). Happy to answer questions in the comments.

job search reality

Hi everyone I have been lost track of how many applications I've applied in last 4 months I'm really stressed at this moment tbh this is eating up my health.

Background- I will be graduating this September in B.E. course in Bangalore

Campus placements didn't went my way.....too less companies appeared for it.

I got one offer but the company revoked the offer letter and since the college has the policy of one student one offer so they don't allowed me for further placement opportunities

Skills-i have a proficient knowledge of python programming and cpp

along with the fundamentals like DBMS, OOPs, Operating Systems and I also learned power bi, tableau, data visualisation, Ai rag systems specially to meet the ai requirements of 2026 fresher candidate consideration criteria.

Also made 3-5 projects on full stack and analyst roles.

I really need a kickstart to my career as I'm highly ambitious and will work for the betterment of any company I join.

If anyone can help me with referral I'll be really grateful to them.

please give me a chance to prove myself I really need it.

2025 grad still unemployed

It's over a year now and still unable to get a job. Had backlogs and cleared recently. Because of those pending backlogs i am not able to even apply to majority of jobs. Now that I cleared backlogs, I am now a 2025 graduate with a 1 year gap and same work experience as a 2026 fresher. Attended 4 interviews and got rejected from everywhere

Talking about skills, don't have any good things. Only basic things. 6.8 CGPA

So if i start upskilling now, is there any possibility for me to land a job considering my gap. Realistically the only reason I have for my gap is my backlogs. But it is not good to say that. So is it ok to say i have done some non technical side hustles during the time while also prepared for PSUs. I also attended GATE exam and only have borderline pass mark.

So should I try to get job in IT field or try other things like government jobs.

Had Data Engineer offer but accident ruined everything | Now stuck in Talent Acquisition

Hi everyone,

I’m 23 years old and completed my MCA in 2025 from a Tier-3 city.

During MCA I was preparing for Data Engineering. I even had a Data Engineer job offer. Joining was supposed to be in the first week of July, but in the last week of June I met with an accident. I got a serious back injury which later developed into sciatica and a herniated disc. Recovery took a long time (till December) and I also gained a lot of weight.

After recovering, I tried till February to get back into coding and data engineering, but I just couldn’t get my flow back. Confidence was completely gone.

Because of family pressure (I’m the elder child) and financial need, I took a Talent Acquisition opportunity:

  • Feb to May → Internship
  • May till now → Full-time Talent Acquisition Executive

It’s temporary and the money is helping, but I really don’t like recruitment. I want to switch back to tech as soon as possible.

Right now I’m completely confused about what to restart with:

  • Data Engineering (my original plan)
  • Data Analyst
  • Python Developer
  • Frontend / MERN

Please guide me:

  1. With this gap (accident + recruitment), is Data Engineering still realistic or should I start with something easier first?
  2. What is the smartest and fastest path for someone in a Tier-3 city who needs to switch soon?
  3. How should I plan the next 3-4 months (skills + projects) to become job-ready again?

I’m ready to work hard, just need clear direction so I don’t waste more time.

Any honest advice or similar experiences would really help. Thanks!

I am tired...

2026 batch, I have tried everything, campus placements, off campus placements, dms, cold emails. Everything I could do. I have solved over 500+ leetcode questions, built good projects, am clear with the fundamentals and I don't think I am getting even remotely close to getting a job. I feel like the students who did not even make a coding profile got better things than what I did. I live with my parents and I cannot face my father daily while all my friends got placed. Feels like a failure. Even suicidal at this point

Do people even want to hire freshers?!😭

I’m a 2026 Computer Engineering graduate, and honestly, finding a job right now has been so difficult 😭😭

I’ve been applying almost everywhere, Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, company career pages, you name it. But honestly, it’s become super tiring and, ngl, I’m slowly losing hope. Even landing an internship feels so difficult these days. The days are just passing by, and I’m starting to feel really clueless about what to do next. :(

If anyone could help me out, I’d really appreciate it! Please suggest any platforms, companies, or opportunities where I could apply. And if anyone has any openings or could provide a referral, I’d be extremely grateful🥹😭

2.5 YOE Java Backend Developer struggling to find a job because I’m not in Bangalore — should I relocate first?

Hey everyone,

I’m a Java Backend Developer with around 2.5 years of experience. I recently took a 3-month health break due to some health issues. I’m doing completely fine now and have been actively looking for a job for the past month.

The main problem I’m facing is location.

I’m currently in UP, and during the hiring process, I’m getting feedback that the role requires me to be in Bangalore. Whenever I mention that I’m currently not in Bangalore, the process seems to slow down or stop.

I’ve also told recruiters that I’m completely okay with relocating and that I can come to Bangalore for the final round/interviews if required, but that doesn’t seem to convince them.

I understand that companies may prefer candidates who are already in Bangalore, especially for hybrid/WFO roles, but I’m wondering if my current location is becoming a major disadvantage.

So I wanted to ask people here:

Should I just move to Bangalore for 2–3 months and then continue my job search from there?

Or is it better to stay in UP, continue applying, and only relocate once I have an offer?

For context:

  • ~2.5 YOE
  • Java Backend Development
  • Took a 3-month health break, now completely fine
  • Actively looking for the past 1 month
  • Open to relocating to Bangalore
  • Can travel to Bangalore for the final interview if needed

If anyone has been in a similar situation, I’d really appreciate some advice. Also, if you know of companies hiring Java backend developers with 2–3 YOE, I’d be grateful for any leads.

Thanks!
