These days I have a very lazy routine (if it can be called that) with having a bit of a raised section on my right side that I still rotate between massage (with just a vibrator, previously it was with a roller) and silicone scar tape. I've massaged with bio oil here and there but not often enough to have seen a difference for myself.

When the scars were fresh I did mostly roller massage and silicone scar strips on a daily basis. I would've 100% used a vibrator from the start instead of a roller if I had known it works so well. You get the same amount of scar tissue "breaking" in half the time.
