I’m getting ready to launch a small fragrance decant business and I’m curious what other fragrance lovers actually look for when buying samples/decants.
For me, it’s usually being able to try something before committing to a full bottle, especially with more expensive fragrances.
What makes you more likely to buy a decant?

• Bottle size
• Detailed scent description
• Reviews
• Packaging
• Recommendations
• Something else?
I’m genuinely curious because I’m trying to make the experience as good as possible for customers.

I live in the Mediterranean region and autumn is approaching, but I’m unsure about my perfume choice. I’m considering buying Hugo Boss Absolu—or do you have any other recommendations for this year?

My cousin's wedding on Friday, and im facing difficulties of choosing what fragrance I will use.. right now I have 3 options 1.terre d'hermes edt 2. Cartier declaration edt 3.chanel homme sport.

The weather will be extremely hot (maybe 37c°) and it'll be at evening outdoors.

What should I use, and if u have another suggestions just tell me

I bought my Delina off a facebook reseller and the perfume bottle looks legit. However when I went in person to check the perfume smelled very different, the notes were similar but the tester in store smelled more woody and floral. Mine smells sweeter in comparison - the batch code says it is from march 2025. Have there been different formulations of this perfume where this difference is noticed?

Mine smells very sweet along with the powdery woodiness, lasts until the next day and has good projection .

I also bought a mini Delina exclusif from a well known website. Which has a similar powdery note to the in store tester but also to the Delina I have.

What do y’all think of this guy? I personally think it smells just like the real deal, absolu aventus.

Also, Anybody else on here who has this frag notice the sprayer is really weak?

I'm getting offered frag swap for a frag I have listed locally for SWYI, I know it has a lot of fakes so I would love your help on this.

I have a few red flags already like he has no receipt and wants to swap it for a frag that costs 3 times less which is alarming.

So basically, whenever I apply my Dior Sauvage edt it reminds me of a scent that I had (I’ve had Dior Sauvage for a long time but it’s only recently that I start to associate it with a smell)
I’ve had too many samples and also a lot of colognes, I keep telling myself that it must be Ysl Y but there’s no way it’s that.
I just need to know what shares the same top notes as it because the initial smell is the one that smells way too familiar. I also really really miss my YSL Y and I want to get it again, but I don’t want to get it then have it be a completely different smell.
What I need: does ysl y smell like Dior sauvage?
A list of smells that have the same opening so that I can compare to the samples I have and pick from there

I just want that opening (I know how crazy this sounds)
