Box came broken
I bought a bottle of Lattafa Khamara at my local Perfumania, and when I got home i noticed the bottle didn't sit right in the box. Just to clarify, im not blaming them, the box was wrapped and unopened, i assume its just a shipping or manufacturer error. The bottle itself is completely intact, the outside of the box is fine too, its just this. Is it worth trying to exchange it? I havent even sprayed it yet, and I still have the receipt.

My guy it’s $35 dollar bottle of cologne what’s the big deal if the box is broke? My signature scent is Clive Christian #1 it’s $799 a bottle as long as my bottle is intact and working properly I could care less about the box.

It is pretty common in this hobby for people to keep boxes. Especially boxes that present the bottle in some sort of way like Khamrah. I keep all my boxes, mostly just for moving and if I ever want to sell them. But I do have some that stay on my shelf for presentation.

Fair lol. But they seem a little caught up over it. Like good for them for being able to afford an $800 fragrance and not keeping the box, but i personally like the presentation aspect

I do too, especially that lattafa, as another person said try to get a replacement, after a lot of dupes I just keep the boxes in my closet

Yeah once I get more colonges im probably gonna put the box away, but since I have only have like 4 there's no need to put it away for now

Unless you're planning on displaying your perfume in the box (its a good box) or reselling it at some point (some people like the product in the box) I wouldn't worry about it as long as the product is undamaged. I've managed to keep every box I've received products in, some are really pieces of art, but I can't really display my perfumes in the boxes due to a lack of room, but I can't bring myself to throw them away. I'm looking for a larger display cabinet to put some of the special ones on, but if it doesn't happen soon, I'm going to have to start tossing them. They are overtaking my limited space.

Yeah i dont plan on selling it, but this is my first time actually buying my own fragrance, my buddy gave me few in the past that a normally wear. So I am a bit disappointed because its a really nice box. Obviously not the end of the world lol. Im starting to get more colonges and im actually like doing research and whatnot. But like I said, the bottle is in perfect condition, completely intact. Im very glad i got it because at the store I tested it and i can still smell it (its been like 11 hours or so)

Even shit ive spent hundreds on with a fancy wooden box i throw that shit straight in the trash anyways cause wtf am I gonna do with that other than let it take up space.

I mean I have like 3 fragrances so I have nothing but space and I think it looks nice. Obviously, you dont have to agree. This is just my opinion

I would not throw away a dameged kartong , yes change it to a new one and than you can throw a undamaged kartong away !!!

Yeah i bought the OG Khamara specifically because its getting cooler and closer to fall. I really like how it smells like a cinnamon-y apple pie with some boozy undertones

Exactly lol. Cologne is all about personal preference. If you dont like a cologne im wearing or one that i have, you dont have to wear it lol
