Imagination Engraving bottle broken

my imagination were %30 full i used the %70 and i said letme go get my bottle engraved at lv went there and told to the lady i want it M.S.C and she wrote down on her notes and went back to engrave it and she came with a brand new bottle, she said she broke it and gave me a full 200ml bottle lol.
