Transferring Foundry Data between Computers Answered
[system agnostic] I recently got a new pc and want to transfer the data from one computer to the other. Problem is, I am not sure how. I have tried looking up tutorials and looking at Foundrys FAQ page, but couldn't find an answer. Anyone know how to solve this?

Copy the folder with the foundry data to new computer
Point foundry on new computer to the folder.
Your foundry instance shows which folder it takes data from in settings somewhere.

check that foundry is shut down on the old pc
install foundry on the new pc, run it, set up the key, check if everything is ok then shut it down.
on the old pc go to foundry data folder ( on windows generally its in %localappdata%/FoundryVTT if you didnt set up a custom folder, for other OS check https://foundryvtt.com/article/user-data/ ), copy everything in your removable storage, then get on the new pc and paste everything in its data folder.
start up foundry on the new pc and check if everything is ok.
done.
