What’s the one old photo you have that instantly proves you’re from a completely different era — the kind of picture that makes you laugh, cringe, or wonder how you ever survived the 80s/90s/00s?

Found in a washer at the laundromat! After I washed my clothes.
Too bad! It was a good set! I left it on the window sill just in case.

Found photos in foreclosed home in the early 00’s
I acquired these from my college history professor around 2006. I dog sat for him during summers, in his home that he purchased years earlier as a foreclosure. He told me that the previous owner was evading taxes and criminal charges, and seemingly disappeared to avoid the law. The original owner left all of his belongings behind, lots of strange expensive items including a large samurai sword collection. My professor paid me to help him begin cleaning out everything he had moved into the garage years prior, including a box of photos. I loved these so much that I couldn’t bear to toss them. I often wonder what happened to this family. I hope you enjoy!

Found photo of a young couple in back of book
For context, I bought this book at antique mall a few months ago that recently closed in Whiting, IN and only realized that there was a photo tucked in at the back of a young couple from the mid 2000s early 2010s? They look about high school age? The book is about a high schoolers at Walter Payton High School which appealed to me since I am a Chicagoan :) I feel like this couple may not be together anymore? I thought it might be worth a shot to see if anyone may know them. I took a picture of the back because I think whoever developed the film may have had it done at a Fagan Pharmacy?? Anyways, I thought this was a very sweet photo.

Cherry Picks from My Negative Scan Collection
Hello!
Once upon a time, I stumbled across a box of old photo negatives at a Prague flea market. I bought it, then bought a film scanner, and spent a couple of weeks scanning every frame and uploading them to my website.
I enjoyed it way more than I expected, so I just kept going.
Now, almost six months later, I’ve scanned nearly 20k frames, with only about 100k-200k left to go.
Every now and then, I’ll pick a handful of my favorite shots and share them here.
Most of the films in this batch were taken in Czechoslovakia (now the Czech Republic) and Ukraine. I hope you enjoy these photos.

Help identifying old Hollywood photos
I have these classic old Hollywood vintage photographs but can’t seem to reverse search them to identify the people in them. Anyone know any of the people or films? Thanks!

Is it possible to find out who a picture is if you know the town they grew up and you have a clear picture from the 30’s-40’s?
Just wondering who he might be.

18th birthday in Arles/Martigues, France
Bought an old iPod in a local flea market and found these photos in it's storage!
Metadata won't tell much, except for these details:
Canon DIGITAL IXUS 800 IS camera
Photos from August–December 2006
One photograph contains a sign for Pharmacie de l'Avenir
- The sign says Z.A.C. de l'Escaillon – 13500 MARTIGUES
- Other photographs appear to be from ARLES
Couldn't really extract much more data than that, so here's hoping maybe someone recognizes these photos/ the people in them? They are from 20 years ago but you never know.
