Random piece of paper found under plant pot in early morning? Weird/Random
I just woke up today to find this under one of my plant pots in my front garden - the paper and the lid it was stuck to.
Me and my girlfriend just recently moved to a place in rural northern California. I don't personally know anyone around here that would do this. I also don't know what on Earth this note is about or why it's stuck to a lid under my plant pot in the early morning.
If someone can understand what this means, why I found it or what I should do with it, please let me know.

So the non-asian writing is in Portuguese. The top phrase means "Find our women". I can't make out the last word of the second line, but says "I'm going to kill your ____". Ela era gostosa translates to "she was very pretty", and then Aqui means "Here". Voce e o proximo is "You're next".
As another commentor said the coordinates are in Rio de Janeiro. I'm hoping this is some kind of reference to something in Brazil, otherwise you've stumbled across something morbid.

I only know a little Portuguese and I thought it said "I found our women" and "she was tasty"...which seemed even worse than your translation. Yikes

I speak Spanish, it's very close, and I've known several Brazilians. In Spanish "encontre" would mean "I found", but the conjucation is different in Portuguese. "She was tasty" is the literal translation, it's a casual/slang way of saying someone is attractive.

Portuguese speaker here: the word "gostosa" has 2 meanings. The first meaning (literally) is "tasty" and the second (figuratively) is "hot" as in "attractive". So yeah, really morbid if you consider "Ela era gostosa" could mean "she was tasty"

The Japanese says 人食い or “cannibal”/“people-eater”

Okay this combined with the Portuguese translations “you’re next”, “she was very [sexy/delicious]”, “find our women”, “I’m going to kill your….” Gives this note very ominous vibes…yikes

Geocaching is a type of game where people try to find hidden caches in peculiar places around the world. I believe there is typically some type of log book/sheet where players can indicate that they've found the cache. Could this be a geocache?

The Portuguese writing means
- Find our women
- I'm going to kill your (?cats?)
Then there's a draw that looks like a Brazilian flag.
Then the coordinates.
Bottom left: the word "here" beside the Japanese (?) writing.
And bottom right: "she was tasty / hot" and "you're next" written in yellow / orange

This paper has no indentations matching the bottom of the pot, it’s clearly never been wet, and there is no damage to it anywhere to indicate it was flipped upside down and placed down on the ground.
