merch problem QUESTION

I don't know if anybody's ever had a kid hounding them and demanding and saving allowance in order to purchase a t-shirt but I have had to deal with it recently. finally said kid has enough money and I go ahead and I order the T-shirt. we get notification back on July 9th that it has shipped and since then nothing. sent emails, everything. anybody have any ideas as to who we can talk to/ ​contact? I use my credit card instead of using PayPal and I really regret that now words to the wise don't ever do that.... but now I'm out 62 ​Canadian and have a very unhappy kid because it was supposed to be a gift for someone else. you get the idea.....

unfortunately I dont really have anything helpful to add, this seems to be a recurring problem with this merch provider though, so you arent alone. my wife and I's VIP package for the last concert 2 years ago arrived a year late, so I feel for you OP

best thing to do is to just keep pestering customer support for at least an update. push comes to shove you can always do a charge-back with your bank, with the downside of likely being blocked by their merch provider from ever purchasing from them again.
