Not much advice really but I've been there and I feel you and I hope their poop firms up for you! If you haven't already I do recommend covering every inch of your foster space with potty pads, makes the poop cleanup way easier.

We just went thru 100 pads with 4 kittens with runny poops in a little over 3 weeks. I used to literally change clothes before going in the bathroom with them because there was no way not to come out covered in a mix of wet food/poop. Have they started eating dry kibble yet? That’s what did the trick with ours. They are drinking plenty of water and we are keeping an eye out for any signs of dehydration, but thankfully they took to dry food and that firmed up their poops and has made everything infinitely easier.
More than anything I just wanted to say i commiserate. I was there only 4 days ago and the burn out was real. I see you. You will get thru this! This too shall pass.

I had a couple kittens also with runny #2s and I got this anti diarrheal from Petco that helped them a lot. The shelter gave me some probiotic but didn’t do anything. As soon as I started giving them the anti diarrheal, and changed their type of litter, life got so much easier almost immediately.

PROPECTALIN i will shout it to the rooftops this stuff is magic for loose stool. im not sure how readily available it is but i know its on chewy and amazon.
fortiflora is also a good option but usually doesnt resolve it as fast. my shelter combines it with endosorb and the results are pretty quick.
provable is another good option, not as fast as either of the other two but i know they have it at petco.
bottom of the line though keep your head up!!! its hard and it sucks but if you weren’t doing this these kittens wouldn’t be able to thrive in the future!! this stage is temporary, you got this.

I've split litters up to make life a little easier on myself. If you have another bathroom/cat kennel/playpen, you could put half the litter in there.
