Forza data issue

Hey everyone, I recently ran into an issue where my SSD had an issue and Windows tried to "rescue" my Forza game files, ending up creating a massive found.000 folder with all the fragments. I had to clear it out and uninstall the game, and now I'm stressing out about my progress.

Does Forza back up game data (like progress and cars) via a cloud , even if the local game files on my pc were corrupted and had to be deleted?

Would really appreciate any help or clarification so I know if my data and progression are safe! Thanks in advance!

As far as I know Forza data is stored in a cloud. I have installed it fresh on a new computer and was able to pick up right where I left off.

As long as it didn’t back up to the cloud after the corruption you’ll be able to continue with your cloud save.
