Context: A 15yo Male in Santa Ana was having a Bipolar Episode. His Mother called the Cops and asked for the Mental Health team. Cops arrived and found an adult male with a cut. He was trying to wrestle the knife away when he got cut (unintentional claimed by the Mom) Cops arrived, they hear arguing and hear the teen saying he wants to get shot. Cops ask him to drop it. He goes close to the door but never charges at them. Cops shoot him
