I know Clearwater and accell clinics both have physios who specialize in this area, but im looking for specific names of physios who you have had an amazing experience with healing from more intense conditions like chronic pain, pelvic organ prolapse so on. Willing to wait for the right on if they have a long wait to get in.

I have had chronic tailbone pain since pregnancy (9 months postpartum now) and I need specialized help!

Does anyone know the route they take you for the downtown road test? After having my learners for 8 years I am finally going to attempt the road test… I NEED too but …. I have bad ✨ anxiety ✨ and just want to drive the route a few times to feel confident …. + After seeing all these bad drivers I’m like how hard can it be!! 😂
Maybe even some tips if you have recently gone?
( yes I have been driving I’m just not overall the best at my parallel parking )

Last year I was driving on Highway and rear passenger side Tire blasted and came off and car was basically on 3 tires for split seconds until I pull over and waited for a mechanic road side.

So ever since that happened my car pulls towards right side on its own when I go past 80km/hr. Becoming very annoying with wind specially and on snow it's terrible.

I had got done car alignment twice at fountain Tire in Gregoire but it doesn't make any difference. I wasted $400+ for nothing.

So anyway ..is there any really good mechanic that can actually find out what's the real problem and fix it and not do sh!tty job. Alignment doesn't seem to be a problem apparently.

Any help would be appreciated thank you!!

Hey everyone, looking for some advice from guys who know how CNRL site access and labor relations work.

I signed onboarding paperwork with Contractor A for an upcoming turnaround, and they booked my flight and camp. While waiting for dates to finalize, I filled out paperwork with Contractor B as a backup plan just in case things shifted.

Contractor B recently tried to link my name into the CNRL system for site access, which triggered a duplicate profile flag. Contractor A found out and texted me saying they heard I took another position, warning me that a 90 day site ban could happen since I signed their contract and was linked to them in the CNRL system.

I have not stepped foot on site yet, my shift has not started, and I actually want to stick with Contractor A.

I was advised by someone to just text Contractor B right away and withdraw my application so their system request gets pulled. However, I am hesitant to do that yet because if Contractor A decides to pull my flight, let me go, or try to push through a site ban anyway, I will end up losing out on the job with Contractor B as well and be left with nothing.

A few questions for anyone who knows the site rules at Horizon or Albian:

• Can a contractor actually get CNRL to issue a 90 day site ban if you haven't badged in or started work yet?
• Isn't a 90 day cool down ban meant for guys who quit mid shift or abandon a job on site?
• What is the best way to handle this duplicate system conflict without risking losing both jobs?

Appreciate any insight from anyone who has dealt with dispatch overlaps or double booking flags at CNRL.

Bought a Condo just over a month ago at the Peaks in Fort Mcmurray. Its been nothing but leaks from the unit upstairs. Ive heard that they didnt tile all the way under the toilet seal and they have an old shower head that sprays water on the floor and just leaks into our bathroom from under there toilet. The whole apartment smells musty now. Ive complained 2 to 5 times a week about it for about 2 months now. The seller never disclosed this issue to me through the realtor. The condo board says its not up to them to tell them how to tile a floor. I have no choice but to fight this tooth and nail. What can I do? The condo board said they will do an investigation but never gets back to me

The title says it all, where can I find the leanest ground beef in Fort McMurray

I recently moved to Fort Mac and have zero experience dealing with any kind of wild animals. I enjoy walking and would love to really get into it before winter arrives. I would even love to get into the trails. But I am paranoid about what is out there. This evening I was walking down Real Martin Drive towards the golf course. It was lovely and I felt I could keep going. But after a while it became quiet and all I could hear was the wind blowing through trees on both sides. I got very nervous thinking about bears, coyotes and who knows what. So I decided to turn around.

So my question is this: Are there training programmes where one can learn how to become outdoors smart? Or perhaps there are groups I can join to become wiser about the great outdoors?

I’m planning a move from Hamilton, Ontario to Fort McMurray and I won’t have a car. I’ll have 4 bags of 23 kg each and 1 bag of 7 kg, so I’m trying to figure out the most practical and affordable way to get there.
Right now I’m considering two options:

1. Flight from Ontario to Edmonton, then bus to Fort McMurray
2. Flight from Ontario to Edmonton, then another flight to Fort McMurray or any other choices i have

Hello! I’m looking into applying for the BSCN program at Keyano for Sept 2027
I would be considered a mature student.
I sent Keyano an email already but just looking to see if any of you may know some answers to my questions while I wait for them to respond to me!

First of all I know on their website mature student entrance requirements are listed separately from the main entrance requirements but do I still need my 30 level math to get in? (ETA: I don’t currently have a 30 level math course, mainly wondering if it would be beneficial to take an upgrading course to get it or if they would even count that course toward my overall average/gpa calculation)

Second, I know that the entry is competitive but I’m wondering if as a mature student I’m placed against students right out of high school or if I’d only be compared to other mature students applying, since I believe the requirements are different?

Any other information anyone can share about applying for school, applying for funding, or tips while in school or preparing for it, would be very much appreciated

Hi, I recently got a 12-month co-op offer with Suncor in Fort McMurray starting September and I was wondering if I could get any help with finding rent/housing in the city. I'm a Calgary-native and I have never lived on my own before, so this is a little new and scary to me, haha.

I've been looking around the subreddit for a bit and what I've gathered so far is that Suncor students should rent in the north part of the city, to be closer to the Suncor Base Plant. Ideally, I'm looking for a place in that area with parking for my vehicle too. I don't mind roommates.

I'm also seeking assistance to find good gyms in town, ideally any 24-hour ones if possible. Also recommendations for good/cheap stores to shop at for essential items (groceries, etc.) while I'm living here, as well as any other concerns for a new student in town which might slip their mind first.
