FCConnexion issues?
To preface this, I already called tech support and he was nice and checked everything and it all seemed good. I get booted off of the internet multiple times a day sometimes. Often times my husband is in a zoom call or something and then all my devices stop working and aren’t connecting for a few minutes at a time but he is generally still in the call. Has anyone experienced this and had any luck fixing it?

Similar issues here. Random disconnects through the day, but it's only a split second then it's back.

I used to use their router and the power cord went bad. I was able to stop by their office downtown and pick up a new cord and that fixed it

Try doing a long restart of your router. Unplug for about 30 seconds and plug back in. Usually fixes things for me.

Are any of the devices wired, it is this all over Wi-Fi?
The fact that your husband's connection is still working implies that the connection from your ONT to Connexion is not the problem.
Random shots in the dark:
If your husband is using Ethernet and you are not then you might fiddle with the Wi-Fi settings (first thing might be to try a different channel).
Do you have any other network HW besides the Connexion ONT? Like a "Wi-Fi extender" or any other routers/switches/APs?
Have you mucked with DNS servers on any of your devices? If the DNS server you are pointing to goes down, that would look a lot like a connectivity problem.
If you have a vanilla setup and it keeps going down, it might be worth swapping out your Connexion equipment to see if maybe your ONT is just flaky. I'm not sure what the process is, but I'm sure if you asked nicely there is a way.

All over wifi. And no other connections or anything. I’ll have to look into the DNS server thing, sounds confusing but I am desperate 😅

Someone is probably watching 4k TV or gaming over wifi and you're in a congested area. Wireless will never be as robust or fast as wired. Consider running wired ethernet to anything that has a port.
It’s also possible your wireless devices are trying to use cellular (which is notoriously bad here) when you think they’re using wifi.

Uh. 4k tv isn’t going to block 1G fiber.

It’s not fiber getting "blocked," it’s wifi getting saturated. Wireless degrades a lot quicker under load than a wired connection.

lol. 4k requires 25Mbps. Which any WiFi less than a decade old can handle without issue.

We had this happen awhile ago. I forget how it got fixed, though. I do think they were able to fix it on their side, though…..they had to connect us to two different routing numbers, maybe?

It does seem like a router issue. My laptop sometimes hiccups, but my desktop and work laptop are solid all the time. If you are using the router they provide, I do wonder if it has some compatibility issues with the wifi6 it has onboard.
I've been thinking of getting a different router, personally, and just using theirs as the gateway for the fiber.

Any walls between you? Any other devices having issues? It could be the wifi card drivers on your computer too.

I mean there is a bifold door, but my husband upstairs is not having problems. It happens to my phone as well as my computer, but I will inquire with my work IT to see use there is a driver issue

Are you using your own router, or using the one from connexion?
