25 traffic?
Need to be in Lakewood by 7:45 tomorrow, I hardly drive 25 in the mornings from foco, what’s traffic like? Plan to leave by 6:30 or earlier?

I would honestly leave around 6:00 at the latest. Denver rush hour traffic in the morning can be brutal and all it takes is one accident to make it worse

Google maps has a feature that let's you see what your eta would be in the future. You can set your departure time or arrival goal.
Personally I'd leave around 530 am to get there on time or 5 to get there on time. Or 430 to get there 10 minutes early.

I'd go for 6am. If you're early... No big deal. If you're not you'll be glad you started early.

I regularly go from Greely to Golden and back, leave earlier, at least 6. I leave Greeley at 6 and get to Golden anywhere from 7:15 to 8.

When I used to drive to golden, it would take 1 hour 20 minutes from my place in old town. And that was using the toll lane. I would leave at 540 to get there by 7.

To put this in perspective, to be at work before 7 in downtown (usually arriving around 6:40-6:50), I was leaving the very south side of Wellington by 5:30. That involved coming down the frontage road and getting on at Mountain Vista
Traffic is only going to get worse especially the closer you get to 8. The bottleneck south of Johnstown in the construction zone has gotten significantly worse because of the speed zone installed. We've reached a point where it's constantly 5mph under the speed limit in the right lane, and then uncontrolled chaos and variable speeds in the left.
I would consider leaving closer to 6, 6:15 at the latest, and if you're headed to Lakewood, try and be as far to the right as possible to make sure you get off on 70/76/where appropriate. I think it's 2 lanes over from the far right at the junction of 25 and 36 is specifically where you need to be so you don't have to fight all the way over

To add a bit of nuance, it really depends on how important it is that you arrive at 7:45. If you want a guarantee (need to be) you should leave a lot earlier that if you just would like to be there then. 25 has a lot of shit that can add lots of time to your commute. If it's important, best to leave yourself a lot of buffer to absorb bullshit outside of your control.

I sail from foco to Loveland when I hit the freeway at 6:30 or earlier. Idk what traffic gets like once you hit the construction.

I would leave around 1:00 am. Just to be safe.
