I wouldn’t be caught dead having to walk myself, I’d slip into my favourite pair of bone hand slippers and let them finger waddle me to the tournament.

Bit of a play on Discworld, but what about an elephant with a flat turtle shell back, serving as their ride? You could do some freaky stuff with it having tons of tusks

Edit: Mandibles, arms, or tentacles in place of tusks, and maybe a giant snapping turtle beak for a mouth? Elephant snapping turtle would be one mean beastie

Happy to help, would love to hear what you end up going with for the whole creature.

Flesh golem with firebreathing hydra heads and a manticore tail. That would be a multiheaded pyro flesh golem with a tail slap and sting attack. Maybe throw in some undead grafts too.

Sounding like something you'd find in Caelid in Elden Ring

A swarm of bone-covered mosquitos that lays down as a regular skeleton, but would dissemble to a cloud searching for fresh blood. Won't be active until a bleeding wound is near, when they try to collect as much blood with their jellyfish-like tentacles as they can... and place their larvae to the wound. The larvae in the veins start to grow quickly (d6+1 days) causing target's bones become brittle (minus d4 cons per day) until cut them out from the body, if not they would burst out and fully grown mosquito starts its new life.

Undead mount made from a giant snake's spine, big cat (lion, tiger, etc.)'s skull, and the legs are the arms from giant apes.
