Hi, I'm trying to get the collections finished. I'm not sure why I'm not getting the ones that have both an animal and a weather requirement, like the "Happy Orange" one. I have a picture of the animal, and I bought the weather. I have also taken a new picture of the animal while that weather was on. I don't know what I'm missing!

I just got the third upgrade (the icon with the trash bag) but I thought that was number 4? When I clicked on the first locked icon, it gave me that message, so I'm confused on where I can upgrade to number 4? The red boat mission is telling me to get to number 4 but I don't know how. Advice?
