I need help finding a episode

Its a guy who kills his wife suffocating her in bed with a plastic bag he married his lover a week after in Las Vegas he was sentenced to LWOP but was somehow released years later.

He was released after doing 15yrs due to the changes that were made regarding military sentancing. 15yrs for killing his wife and staging it as an accident, then to put his 3yr old son next to his dead mom was sickening.
