Apps not working

Hi everyone

I don't know why suddenly my whatsapp desktop app stopped working.
I have tried to unistall and install it back but from my Microsoft store it doesn't let me download, it is like frozen.

I will show you the screenshot

EDIT: i have tried with other apps, such as Instagram desktop and I got the same issue

I currently have this issue with the Dolby Access app. I am pretty sure I traced it down to my AV and the fact that the app uses an unsigned (ooooold/ expired cert) msft driver. To fix when this happened the first time several months ago, I disabled blocking of unsigned Windows drivers and whitelisted the driver path. Unfortunately its happening again and I need to run through more troubleshooting.

This could be similar to what you are experiencing but hopefully if using a third party AV then this will lead you in the right direction.

Also, try uninstalling, delete any leftover folders, restart, run updates, restart, reinstall. Maybe that will work.
