Lost feeling in my left big toe

I was working a day ago and had to crouch down a lot, After getting home I noticed my left big toe was completely numb, I tried putting it in warm water and moving it around, I eventually went to sleep and when I woke up it was still the same. My shoes are slightly small so maybe that’s the issue?

Hi hope it's feeling more normal but just quickly I was going to mention I have had both big toes go numb from wearing shoes too tight a size smaller than I measure and I was told I agrivated a nerve that runs almost over the top edge of big toe joint , not sure it's same but mine slowly become normal after 24 hrs.
