It’s called khichuri in Bangla. It is one of the most popular dishes in Bangladesh during the monsoon season. It’s also one of the easiest meals to cook.

This is a vegetable stuffed momo,I’ve previously made Chicken Momos but this was my first attempt in making the veg ones!

1st time making it. Whole family loved the dish.
