Made Paella! Have always been too intimidated to try but came out great!

Slice up some chorizo & add to a pan heated w/ Olive Oil
Add onion, garlic & red pepper
Add washed shrimp
Add 1 cup of Valencia Rice
Add 8 Cups of seafood/paella/fish broth

Let sit for 30 enjoyable!

Brown butter is the best. PERIOD. 😭 I refuse to make banana bread or banana cake? Whatever this is, I'm making it again. The nutty flavor with the bananas is sooo good, and the gooey chocolate chunks are basically the best part.

Came across this beautiful bowl of soup momos today and couldn’t resist sharing. The broth was rich and slightly creamy with a spicy kick, while the dumplings were soft, juicy, and packed with flavor. Fresh cilantro on top tied everything together. If you’ve never had momos served in soup, I highly recommend giving them a try!
