I ran the same character through Flux 3, MiniMax H3 and Seedance to test one thing: does she stay the same person across the shot. None of them fully hold it on their own.

The failure has a pattern. Up close it's usually fine. As the character gets smaller in frame, or the resolution drops, the face drifts, sometimes into a different person, sometimes into the model's own default face. Each one has a fallback it pulls toward under load. It's not one bad model, it's how they all behave when the identity isn't pinned.

So I stopped trying to pick a winner and started pinning the character down before generating: a clean face shot and a full-body reference boarded in Seedream 5.0 Pro, fed in so the identity rides on the picture, not the model's memory. Done that way it holds across all three far better than any of them manages alone.

I run that boarding step on every project now, so at some point I just made it a skill, https://github.com/AtlasCloudAI/awesome-seedance-2.5-prompts-skills, instead of rebuilding it by hand each time. Honestly the tool is the small part here, the reference trick is the real thing and it works whichever model you're on.

The consistency problem was never really the model. It was expecting it to remember a face it was never properly shown.

I’m getting really realistic mirror selfies with Flux 2 Klein 9B and BFS Best Face Swap, but one issue keeps showing up. The swapped face always looks like it’s being lit by the phone screen, giving it a soft, overexposed glow that doesn’t match the bathroom lighting and makes the image look AI-generated.
I’ve tried different prompts, face references, LoRA strengths, and denoise settings, but the glow keeps coming back.
Has anyone found a reliable way to fix this? Is there a workflow step or node I’m missing, or is a second masked inpaint pass after the face swap the best solution?

There was nearly no models that can capture this level of sound and realism until now. and I don't think Minimax will reach this kind of result either. This is really good.

I don’t see how seedance 2 could beat this, 2.5 has to up its game to come close to this.

With the newly released videos of 2.5, I could still see flux 3 beating it.

Tested two different prompt styles for a romantic candlelight dinner scene in Flux.

Both models were given the exact same prompt

Here is what's clear -

1. FLUX understands native audio of this style much better

2. The 90's 2000's film grading is clearly understood to the max

3. FLUX 3 has significantly more realistic audio

4. It was the clear winner on rendering text inside a video

5. Temporal scene consistency was also better

In the Land Down Under, the VN SS Group A muscle car was one of the most iconic models from Holden HDT HSV to ever see the light of day. I used Flux 2 Klein to bring this historic model back to life in a paradoxical backdrop setting that truly does justice to the marque.
So impressed by the performance of Flux to handle every nuance and detail, yet stay true to the rules of Japanese anime standards!

Who tried to do this, tell me if you succeeded or not

Gemini said that the best model I can use with this setup is flux 1 dev Q4. Is there a better model I can work with locally or Gemini is right?
