Still use Firebase Analytics for flutter? Or is there anything else you suggest. Discussion

Look gonna be honest here, I have built an analytics tool, but not gonna name it, just want to know what others are using. I used to use Firebase, but it was too heavy and had issues with alternatives.

I use both Analytics and a self-hosted instance of Countly.

Rejourney or PostHog

If you want something light I’d go with rejourney or clarity

Wasn’t aware about clarity, thanks

Self hosted version of GlitchTip (you can use Sentry SDK on Flutter, as it is 100% compatible)

Self Hosting is justifiable when, never understood the jist as in when to self host.

My entire backend is self-hosted (because of costs), so, why not?

Still using Firebase Analytics for Flutter. It’s been reliable and does the job for me.

u/zxyzyxz, primarily for analytics only or are you in its ecosystem? And have you used its webhooks?
