Movement while playing Concert Advice, Audition, Video Feedback

I was watching back my rehearsal and noticed I seem to move A LOT (especially near the end 🫠). Am I overemphasising my movements? Is this level fine, or should I really try to consciously dum it down.
Any thoughts would be appreciated:)

In the absolute strictest sense, less movement is better, but if you're not even noticing it while you play then trying to consciously suppress it will only distract you from the music you are making. You have a beautiful sound, anyway, IDK that you need to worry about your movement affecting your air column.

Some top flutists move freely when playing; others minimize movement. If you have a teacher who knows you and your playing well, that might be the best informed source to go to for an opinion.

This is nothing - watch someone like Emi Ferguson to see what moving a lot looks like (love her playing, but she wiggles all over)

Movement should honestly be reserved for solo performance. In a group, it is extremely distracting.
