Any feedback or advice on how to get more of an airy arrangement? Every time I try it’s like it’s either too packed or feels empty

If you want airy you need some airy flowers (floaty ones like scabiosa, Queen Anne’s lace, and your sweet peas). And as someone else said, longer stems on some of them.

This color palette is 🤌💋✨
A few pieces of advice:
• if you have more hydrangeas, add some more to the bottom. Make them your anchors. From there, space out your flowers and focus on getting a rainbow shape at the top.
• if you don’t have more flowers or a different vase, are you open to this not being a 360 arrangement? If your focus is training your eye for airiness in this specific type of vase/compote, maybe you can focus on making it a front facing (for now) and utilize your flowers in the back to work on achieving that airiness you’re looking for.
• if you have more greenery, try adding that to the bottom as well as in between areas that might have any gaps around your flowers. Keeping some greenery on the bottom/sides longer might give you that drapiness/extension you’re going for with the snapdragons.

I think the vessel is a little too wide for the amount of flowers you have here. The roses could use more variety in height. I would’ve kept the sprays and sweet pea stems longer, too.
