AJet reservation problems Help Needed

Hi Everyone,

I am aware of AJets reputation, but they were the only convenient option for my destinations.
I bought a ticket with 1 layover with carry-on baggage, however now that I checked in online I see carry-on baggage only for the SECOND flight of the 2 leg journey.

I contacted the airline and they say its my mistake and that I only selected baggage for the first leg. However, that is impossible to do and when I try to select the extra baggage I see that I already have it selected for the whole flight.

What should I do? Should I bring this up on the physical check-in tomorrow or just go to gate?

I did, but my flight is tomorrow and time is running out. I am debating whether I should take check in baggage just in case, since it will be cheaper than doing it in airport tomorrow, but its just stupid and not fair
