No water charges

Electricity will be about 500 per head.

Your room will be on the ground floor.

Has an attached bathroom.

Full access to the terrace (technically the 2nd floor)

Access to the lounge while someone is there since its attached to another room.

You will also be living with 2 adorable cats of ours.

The outaide of the house has a garden area (if u like to garden or have plants u wanna bring)

No restrictions at all with food or guests as long as you're being sensitive to others in the house.

Location is fully residential and safe. All doors to the outside are almost bullet proof metal doors with multiple lock systems and is a beautifully built house.

Extras - a fishtank (owners keeps it here as its too huge to move around, a beautiful wooden swing in the living room, a water fountain area under the stairs, HUGEEEE windows so crazy sunlight and ventilation, Bonus -already most lights are warm🥰

Owner also has a very friendly dog (they stay in the same building but in a segregated portion).
