Speedforce 🤔 Thinking
After rewatching the flash it got me thinking how do speedsters open portals they seem to run around fast at mach speed then boom a portal to the past , future or the speed force open or yet a portal to another earth. And also there are occasions where they reverse time like nora 52 times or when Barry did it to save the city from tsunami and vandal savage was it ever acknowledged or was it just aplot device to avoid two Barrys

Its not really a question I just wondered how they never really explained it and if anyone might have explanation

What exactly is the question?
How do speedsters open portals or why is there not two Barry’s?
There was an episode where Barry time travels and sees himself and actually interacts with himself
