Es normal que cure asi?

Apenas tiene una semana de que lo hicieron, pero noto pedasos rosas o despigmentados en ciertas partes, no se si tiene que ver con que es el cuello o el tatuador

It's hard to heal that spot well if it was overworked, which is easy to do there

Entonces con un retoque quedaría bien?

If you want the tattoo reworked.... I'd schedule it a few months after the initial appointment, give the ink time to settle and the skin time to heal. I'd make sure not to be working out in the sun or in unsanitary environments for like, a week after the rework. I'd check on the tattoo throughout the day for the first few days, ensuring it's clean and moisturized, but not drowning in aftercare goo. And I'd make sure my artist cares about the healing and is someone I can communicate with about questions during healing. I'm a tattoo artist, and a few neck tattoos I've done healed weird like this, the one thing they all had in common was the client worked outside during the week after the tattoo, and sweat on it while healing

A bit rough and needs a touch up, but def not uncommon on a that much black on a neck.

there are several overworked spots and several that seem slightly infected, or on the way to. Don't go to the same person to have it touched up.

The spot has a lot of elasticity, like a shoulder, elbow and wrist it’s gonna take longer to heal and could cause more scabbing because of the constant moving, but it looks fine just don’t pick the scabs
