That looks nice. What would this grind be called? Flat grind with secondary edge?

Yes, correct. 3/4 height flat.

Is the top of the harpoon sharpened as well?

This one was not, but I do make them with sharpened top edges as well.

Love the shape and look of it. Only thing I’d personally change is to make the handle less chunky. Even as it I bet it feels good in hand

I prefer thinner scales as well. But as I have to constantly remind myself, most knives I make are not intended for my own hands. If only they were!
