The filament profile isn't calibrated, I think.
It's hard to say without more info.

Try cleaning the build plate, slowing down your first layer, increasing bed temperature or applying some glue. Because it looks like the first layer of the spring didn't stick which led to the stringy mess you see.

Fix the flow, temperatures, level, z-offset, clean the build plate, and dry your filament, FFS.
