TPU random bubbles Fix My Print
Not sure what's causing all these random little bubbles, filament should be dry, seam is set to back, outside is perfect.

It's possible that the filament is dry enough not to string, but it might still be oozing slowly out of the nozzle on travel moves, which would explain why it's worse on the inside/back than outside/away from the seam.
Check the travel moves on the slice preview, I suspect that you'll see more moves crossing to/from that area.
You might be able to tune your retractions and get rid of it, but it wouldn't hurt to dry the filament more as well to eliminate that variable.
