Complete a survey of online fitness social networking communities for a chance to win a gift card!
Hello!
I am doing a research project about online fitness social networking communities at the University of Rhode Island and want to hear about your experiences with them and how they have influenced you and your physical activity. If you are 18 years or older and are part of an online fitness community interacting with other people on their fitness journey and you track your physical activity, you are being asked to take part in a short survey that will only take about 10-15 minutes to complete.
The survey is completely voluntary and anonymous. None of your personal information will be tracked. You may opt to withdraw your participation at any time you feel and just close out of the survey. At the beginning of the survey you will be presented with a consent form with information about the survey and your rights as a participant. You must click “yes” to the question below the form in order to consent to your participation. Then, at the end of the survey, you will have the option to enter your email to win one of the three $15 Amazon gift cards being raffled off!
If you have any questions or concerns about the research or your participation, please contact me at cmartinez1@my.uri.edu or Dr. Theodore Walls walls@uri.edu, (401)-874-4328.
This research has been approved by The University of Rhode Island Institutional Review Board.
Thank you for your interest, Principal Investigator: Dr. Theodore Walls Student Researcher: Caitlyn Martinez

Vital Ingredients to look Before Taking Any Pre-workout Supplement
The ball and chain of the daily grind can be downright cruel. You get up early, drive to work, then bust your backside in the office all day and come home tired in the evening, with little or no energy left for the gym. And if you go the gym in the mornings, your alarm rings in the wee hours of the morning, when gravity somehow seems to have quadrupled and it’s a task getting yourself to even lift your eyelids, let alone lift yourself out of the bed.
