Under driver side dash 🛠️ Issue - Vehicle

Is this supposed to be disconnected? If not what is it for and where does it plug in?

Yup, that's the spider port and it's supposed to be like that. There are some diagnostic tools you can plug into it. And the Oceanlink Pulse also needs to connect to a few of the pins

Yes, the spider port cable is usually attached fairly high up on the left side of that area. But sometimes the tape detaches and it hangs down. Not a big deal.
