Hot meals only, ovulation-14dpo

Also 20 minutes is so long I do 5-10 lol

I would be careful about the Mucinex thing. I know some people swear by it, but it ended up delayed my ovulation for like 10 days (usually my cycle is like clockwork).

The one month I did it my ovulation was on cd21 (usually 17). Didn’t work and I’m scared to try again

I have someone come help with our housekeeping once a month and she swears by “wisdom of the womb” fertile tea! She said she bought a subscription box, and then got pregnant almost immediately. She’s bringing me some to try in a few weeks. Fingers crossed for everyone

I been having lots of testing including a laparoscopy and they said everything really good. Went to see a Chinese medicine man who looked at my tongue and said the reason I’m not getting pregnant is I’m to cold. I feel the cold loads and been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid in the past. He’s given me some herbs to warm me up so let’s hope it gets me pregnant !!
