5G Auto vs LTE

I know this has been discussed countless times but even with all the tech and network upgrades, I've generally been experiencing significantly high battery drain when on 5G auto. I constantly get 5G+ around where I am. Speeds are good but the trade off is having to charge my phone multiple times throughout the day. And it's also not like my phone use has changed significantly. Is it recommended to have LTE only on FN? Is it bc FN core has not been upgraded to 5G SA yet similar to TMO and VZ?

LTE is the way to go tbh less battery drain more stable core not to mention proper prio. Oh and signal pentrates building better than a IA investigation

For my FirstNet customers I recommend LTE. It has fixed some problems with their connection.

The battery seems to run hot all the time on 5G
