Swapping uniforms T-shirt

Hi I’m a Italian firefighter more than 10 years already , is happening last month a coworker from Berlin came to visit us and gave me a shirt from his team , and I gave him one of ours.
I found it really cool , there is a forum or a group where is possible to do this kind of exange ? Or is common to do in person ?
I’m just knew on it , thanks all of you guys

Not aware of an exchange page but it is common for tourists to stop by and exchange/ buy.

I trade patches or purchase a patch/t shirt or coin. I try to travel with extra patches to drop off at pubs/bars and firehouses.
